A new hierarchical reinforcement developed by coating biomimic polydopamine (PDA) on the surface of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fibers, which served as a platform for the graphene oxide (GO) grafting, using branched polyethyleneimine (b-PEI) as a bridging agent.
